Through the Ethics Charter, the Foundation expresses its commitment to behavior driven by its values and its principles of action towards all of its stakeholders.
Code of Conduct
The Foundation has chosen an internal system of reference texts which, alongside legal and regulatory requirements, is based on two normative levels: the Ethics Charter and the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is the operational implementation of the Charter.
Whistleblower
In 2019, the Foundation formalized its commitment to responsible behavior through the publication of an Ethics Charter. Among the established principles of action is the ability for employees to exercise their right to alert, which can be done via the BKMS® SYSTEMS platform, accessible from the link below.
