The Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation is a signatory to the Cerise + SPTF Client Protection Pathway. This path guides financial service providers in implementing client protection standards in terms of product design and delivery, over-indebtedness prevention, transparency, responsible pricing, data confidentiality, and complaint resolution mechanisms.
As the Covid-19 crisis rages, a group of Microfinance Investment Vehicles (MIVs) and microfinance stakeholders met in April 2020, at the initiative of the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation, to exchange their views on the situation and develop a joint commitment to guide their response to the crisis in a responsible and concerted manner.
Following the official launch of the French Coalition of Climate Foundations (CFFC) on November 18, the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation, alongside 80 other organizations, signed the Climate Manifesto.
To better understand and share the results of its work, the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation has published its first Impact Report, a financial and non-financial assessment based on 2019 activity data. The impact assessment was conducted with CERISE, an independent firm specializing in impact measurement and social performance.
