Marc Elvinger is a partner of Elvinger Hoss Prussen, a Luxembourg law firm founded in 1964 by André Elvinger and Jean Hoss. Marc joined the firm in 2000 after working in private practice for ten years.
Marc has extensive experience in commercial and civil litigation, as well as international arbitration. He also has extensive experience in administrative law and litigation. In addition to litigation, he regularly practices contract law, corporate law, and banking law. He also regularly advises non-profit organizations, such as non-profit organizations, foundations, and Social Impact Companies (SIS).
Marc Elvinger holds a DEA (diploma of advanced studies) in international conflict law from Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg (France) and a DEA (diploma of advanced studies) in development law from René Descartes University - Paris V (France).
