Franco Maria
Technical Assistance Program Manager
After training in applied foreign languages and a Master's degree in management, trade and international finance at ESC Reims and ICADE E-4 (Universidad Pontificia Comillas – Madrid), Maria Franco worked in various sectors, notably in Great Britain in the financial market research sector where she was in charge of the research department, and in Senegal as a professor of International Trade and Marketing.
In 2004, she joined the REM (European Microfinance Network) team, where she was, among other things, a research officer and responsible for communications and events for eight years. In January 2012, she joined the Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation team as Communications Officer.
In September 2022, she joined the Technical Assistance and Partnerships team, in charge of the Solidarity Bankers program, while continuing to handle communications.
Maria also holds a DESS in Humanitarian Management from the University of Paris XII Créteil.
