Technical Assistance Program Manager
Maya AZCONA joined the Grameen Credit Agricole Foundation in February 2025 as a Technical Assistance Program Officer. She had already completed a six-month internship there, during which she worked on women's economic empowerment and financial inclusion.
Maya has built her career around social innovation. She holds a Master's degree in Management from ESSEC Business School, specializing in “Social Entrepreneurship and Responsible Innovation,” during which she studied in Singapore and Buenos Aires. Before joining the Foundation, her experiences in an international cooperation consulting firm and a social innovation agency allowed her to acquire skills in impact assessment and project management applied to the development of essential services, such as access to water or waste management. Maya is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.
