Sarah Canetti is a graduate of the Ecole Supérieur de Commerce et Développement de Lyon. She began her career in 2009 with the Baobab microfinance network, where she worked in the finance department of the Mexican subsidiary for 1 year and then at the launch of the Ivorian subsidiary for 3 years. She then joined the holding company as Head of Strategic Planning, overseeing the strategic thinking of the Group's subsidiaries and contributing to the holding company's acquisition projects and fundraising. After joining ADA in 2014, she became the head of the investment team for the LMDF fund in 2016. Between 2019 and 2023, she held the positions of CFO and Director of Finance and Digital Strategy for the ACEP and Finafrica groups (Duval Group). She joined the Foundation in January 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, in charge of HR.
