Mission objective:
Today, COMUBA has a Human Resources Department within the Administration, Accounting and Finance Department. This department is composed of two officers: the Head of the Accounting Department of Administration and Finance, and the Human Resources Officer. The institution also has a job description manual, a Human Resources Management manual, and a compensation protocol. However, COMUBA lacks a formalized staff evaluation system and a career management plan that would allow it to leverage the skills and potential of its employees, while identifying and meeting their expectations.
The objective of the mission is to enable:
- Develop a staff evaluation system and a career management plan;
- Train members of the HR Department and all employees responsible for staff evaluation and career management on the new tools that will have been implemented;
- Make general recommendations to COMUBA on its human resources management system, tools and procedures in place.
