LAPO – Mission to restructure and update the human resources strategy and policy

Mission objective:

Following the development of a cash flow-based individual lending methodology by LAPO's credit consultants, it became necessary to restructure the organization, particularly to separate lending from deposits/operations. This work must now be complemented by restructuring and updating the institution's human resources strategy and policy.
