OXUS – Guarantee Assessment (Tajikistan)

OXUS Tajikistan is a microfinance institution focused on operating in rural areas, where over 80,000 of its clients live and work, providing individual and group loans. To date, nearly 50,000 clients are using their loans for livestock and horticulture.

The Solidarity Banker will be responsible for analyzing the evaluation of existing guarantees, developing a new methodology and training managers at headquarters.
