Mission objective:
As part of its business development, SFA seeks to evaluate and improve its communications and marketing policy and strategy. The institution aims to expand its offerings, expand its customer base, and gain visibility through its products, with appropriate product positioning. To this end, SFA aims to explore and maximize the use of social and traditional media, develop its corporate communications, better market its products, and train its staff, as well as improve its branding and corporate positioning.
